We recently organized a Reception of our Daughter's Wedding at Shingar Banquet Hall and we are very happy with the service, hall decorations and excellent food. Inderjit and Ali made sure that we left happy with the overall experience. 5 stars to Shingar

Great service and excellent food. Lucy is an amazing waitress. Ali and his team work hard to deliver a good event experience. Highly recommend Shingar Banquet Hall

We had our reception at Shingar Banquet Hall in Brampton and it was horrible experience. Dinner was three hours late. When we tried to find out about dinner and the owners Assistant presented us with a contract where someone had written in the change in the dinner time. Our copy of the contract was not the same and when we presented this to the Assistant he had the nerve to says oops someone must have written this in after you signed the contract. They are unethical! As well, some of our guests saw the owner/cook Ali drinking outside at the back and let us know the next day. That explained why dinner was late. We had ordered specific food items with the catering menu and the items were never to be seen. They did not provide us with the food items they had committed to in our contract. We had requested 250 chairs and on the day of the event they gave us only 225 chairs. As guests were arriving we realized they had not provided enough chairs and requested more chairs from them. They said we had to pay for the additional chairs. They basically held us hostage on the day of the event and we paid for the additional chairs because we didn't want any more stress/confrontations on the day of the event. The tables were not set up the way we had requested and this messed up our seating arrangements completely. We had to reorganize our seating arrangements on the day of the event and this caused undue hardship for us because they didn't adhere to what we had requested and what they had committed to. Our event was a disaster because of the hall management and their unethical behavior. I have never experienced a business that is so disorganized and dishonest. DON'T EVER USE THIS HALL!!
