Great customer service. Excellent property maintenance skills. I will recommend this outfit to all my colleagues.

Another bad example of customer service....your blatant lie about the conversation we had on the phone. Of course, in fairness to you, because you do get good reviews, may be you were mixing my conversation up with someone else. However I absolutely did not say I was going with another option because you were my last one!!! While I was hmmmm-ing over trying to justify to myself the $90 delivery cost, you DID hang up. May be you said 'ok have a nice day' after you hung up, but it certainly wasn't to me!! Since the conversation was recorded, please feel free to post it. Oh and btw, you STILL haven't returned my husband's call from Saturday.

Muskoka Event Services are a wonderful group of people who strive to meet your needs in a professional manner. I look forward to working with them on my daughter's upcoming wedding!

On top of providing incredible services for all your event needs, Muskoka Event Services gives back to the community. They recently donated the use of tables/chairs for the Investors Group Walk for Alzheimer's that took place in Gravenhurst and Bracebridge on June 2nd and 3rd. Local business contributions to support our charity fundraisers is instrumental. We really appreciated their support and I encourage anyone looking to host an event to contact them!
