Lovely place! Such friendly staff and the food was great! I have no idea why anyone would complain lol the rooms were clean, food was great, pool felt great. We wanted to see some nature and get away from the big city life. This is the perfect place for it. Very friendly people! We are very happy! Thank you!

I stayed at Trillium Resort & Spa for a weekend for a wedding I was attending. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed (fridge, stove, coffee maker, toiletries). Our cabin had a beautiful view of the forest and a small lake. They had many things to do on site, two hiking trails, bikes, canoes, paddle boats and kayakes. There was a fire pit by the lake our group took advantage of the first night, there was blankets and chairs available for this. The lake is very quiet and nice to canoe around. The breakfast was included and was very good, it was buffet style and offered many options. Lunch was available for order, the menu had many options and was reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The wedding was beautiful as a guest it was a pleasure to attend. The dinner served was delicious and the staff were quick to bring out and clear off.

Do not recommend. Recently had a wedding here for a friend and it was a complete disaster! What seemed to be the manager was so rude and univiting. She seemed rude to her staff and most importantly the guests. It was very disappointing for such an important day. I hope a change in management is made, all servers seemed unhappy and stressed, I’m assuming due to her. Even though it was stressful the food was amazing! The bride was also told moments before walking down the aisle that she has not paid for chair covers, and they were not placed on the chairs. Thankfully this mistake was fixed. Could of ruined her big day! The bar does not offer single or double shots! What seemed to be half shots in the drinks, making you buy more. I do not recommend a wedding/ event at this resort!

Overall venue was great. Excellent staff and service. Rooms were decent. Beach was excellent. Kids had lots of fun. Food was great. Only issue was the bugs. Lots of mosquitos and black flies.

Having our wedding here next month. Robert has been nothing but amazing and helpful through this stressful journey and has been very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone looking for a Muskoka getaway weekend or wedding.
