Had my wedding here recently and it was very well done. They were super flexible with decor, allowing us to set up early even! I was amazed with how beautiful the hall was "dressed up" and the food was to die for! Best chicken parmigiana I've ever had! I had a dress mishap and the staff was right by my side to help me with it and not cry! It's not about the the look of the room, it's about the people who fill it, but both were 5 stars that day.

Lots of free parking , a clean modern facility available for rental. Meetings, parties and special celebrations. I believe up to 150 capacity.

Hi Everyone, For those of you who are organizers looking for a venue to book in Brampton for an event, I would like to share my experience with Bramalea Lions Club located at 45 Avondale Blvd. I rented this facility in November for a Christmas Vendor Show and it was an experience I’ve never had with any other venue I’ve ever booked. I arrived just before 8:00am to setup and although the front doors were open, no one was around, it was completely empty and the lights were off. I had to walk around the facility and try to locate all the lights myself. When I called the phone number left by Amanda (the employee I’d been dealing with to book the venue), I did not receive a return phone call until nearly three hours later. I had also still not seen anyone come in that worked there. The table setup was not as I requested and the tables ranged in size from 5’ to 10’ when I was told the tables would all be 6’ and that is what I charged my vendors based on. Some ended up getting much larger tables. I basically had to reset the room as it did not look professional. Tables were miss matched and not in straight lines and many of them were in really rough shape. At one point I saw someone come in (who ended up being the owner) but he never introduced himself and was gone in an instant. I had to call for assistance with turning up the heat, lights that were not on and I couldn’t find, and turning on the radio throughout the day. I arrived with the doors open and left with the doors open. No one was there all day long to assist with issues, It was Horrible. When I contacted Amanda after the event to express my disappointment and ask that they make an effort to find a way to compensate me to some degree for such unprofessionalism I was told over and over she would speak to the owner and get back to me. It is now nearly 2 months later and I have not heard back even though I’ve sent email over email over email so I decided to post about my experience. I would certainly NOT recommend using this facility. Aside from everything I’ve mentioned, it needs an upgrade and needs to be attended to in order to make it visually pleasing. For both Organizers and Vendors – please note that the location of this venue is off the main roads and very difficult to advertise/promote. Attendance WILL be low. I’ve heard this from other vendors who have done shows at this location but they all shared their views after I had already booked so I gave it a try none the less.
