We have hosted 3 parties here in the past but this last one will be the last we ever host here. This was a wedding event for me, so we asked for a tasting. They didnt want to give us one but when we went, it was nothing from the menu we had selected. I'll skip this part but let's just say the tasting was horrible. The cook is also the owner and his reply to his horrible food was basically that we are paying for what we get and if we want something better than we should book a better hall. His daughter is a lawyer want to be and told me as per our contract we have the room starting at 6pm so us coming in any earlier to set up is them doing us a favor. Apart from this, the food was still horrible. They ran short at the end. I was scraping the chafing dishes to get food. The Ice cream was melted due to their air conditioning not working. The owner and the waitress were drunk at the end of the night. The owner was sleeping in the back. They are so understaffed that it's not even funny. We will never be using this hall again and I strongly urge anyone who is reading this to never book here. We have never been more insulted, embarrassed, and disgusted in our whole lives. Theres tons of great hall options to choose from, pls choose something other than this. Save yourself the hassle.

Recently went to this place where the hall was divided into 2 , so there were 2 functions simultaneously. Place looked welcoming and decent . The issues are 1. barrier between the 2 functions was not very sound proof. 2. Washroom after couple of hours of use needed cleaning, both ladies and men and there was no one to clean it. 3. Staff was the same serving both parties, 4. Food was not great at all. The food kept falling short. 5. Quality of food average.No management staff at avenue

Terrible place, toilets are horrendous, unhygienic and unclean place I wonder how this place is still open and not closed down for hygiene reasons. Looking at the place did not have the heart to eat food here. People spend $$$ to host important occasions here, the least the management can do is give a good experience to all. Would never attend a party here.
