I booked tis place for my daughters Communion, everything seemed promising ( as owners usually make it seem at first) , I spoke to Tatianna who claims she only deals with the " Decor". Clearly she is the owner and disguises herself as just the "Decor". She asked me to provide a deposit 2 weeks prior to the event, I didnt undestand why as most venues dont need it so early. After my experience with her I now know why she does that. Put it this way, im Italian and would expect that her " Italian" cater would cook a much better menu then what I had. This place served my guests COLD SOUP ! COLD. dry chicken Parm with barely no sauce on it ! white rice, what Italian eats White plain rice for dinner ?? unless requested. Tatianna told me to choose 5 beers of our choice but only 3 will be served at the bar. She only put out 2 brands of beer and NONE that were my choice !! , You get NO NAME POP ! who in gods name paying that kind of money gets no name pop at a Banquet Hall ?? the list goes on, she steals your money, doesnt say sorry for the mistakes or even offer a small refund ! RIP OFF PLACE, pay a little more elsewhere and get better service and qualty for your guests. I didnt enjoy my party, I had to keep asking for top ups like naplins, coffee stir sticks, like caters were sloppy ! just horrible service and she shows no consideration for a paying customer. Also stuff that was discussed was never put into contract.
