The best venue in Burlington area. It was stunning. Food and service was nothing but the best. Victor made us feel so write at home as we had our wedding in our backyard. Love it

My husband and I were married here in July. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful but it is not well managed. Prior to the wedding day my emails and calls were not responded to. Typically I had to ask questions 3-4 times until I received a response. On the day of the wedding we had Victor managing and he started the day in a terribly grumpy mood. My mom tried to come to the kitchen to ask him a question and he yelled at her to get out (before they were even introduced). During dinner he then tried to accuse us of bringing extra guests, which didn't happen. What DID happen was that the photographer brought an extra assistant that we were unaware of. We informed the assistant and the wait staff not to give him any food because we hadn't paid for him. So, they didn't. By the time the main course came around, my cousin had to leave because her baby was being fussy so we asked the wait staff to give her meal to the assistant. Instead of speaking to us and asking about the situation, Victor made the assumption that we secretively brought extra people and he made a scene during dinner and yelled at my mother, myself, and guests and said we owed him $125 for this extra person. We showed him that the assistant did not have a meal until my cousin left and he got even angrier. After spending 14k on the day, we would have had no issue with an extra $125 if it was warranted. But Victor didn't even allow for the opportunity to have a calm discussion. He decided to take it out on us by not giving us the late night snacks that we had paid for. We paid to have pizza for 90 guests at midnight (we paid about $220) and they only served us only 24 slices of pizza. At the end of the night he made my mother cry and yelled at her to leave when she tried to explain again what happened. My sister-in-law and my sister both tried to explain the situation to Victor but he refused to listen. I called Sarah the following day to explain what happened and give her the opportunity to explain or apologize but neither thing happened. I have heard no follow up from the estate and I would not recommend having a wedding here if you have to have any interaction with Victor. He acted like an angry club bouncer the entire day, instead of a manager at a calm summer wedding.

We had a great wedding experience here. The venue is rustic, casual and very relaxed feeling- just what the bride (my daughter) and groom were looking for. Thank you Sarah and Victor!
