Absolutely wonderful!! I've been to the Vintage House on several occasions and every time the food and service were stellar. Not too long ago I had my wedding there and we had planned to have the ceremony on the outside patio. It was decorated beautifully but at the last minute mother nature disagreed with our plans and we had to move the ceremony indoors. The staff was able to adjust everything at a moment's notice... None of our guests even noticed anything had gone wrong. Also, I am on a gluten free diet and one thing I was a little"bridezilla" about was that I wanted to be able to eat everything at my wedding. Although I allowed normal dinner rolls the chef was able to make the entire menu gluten free and none of my guests even knew. (Except the other 2 gluten free guests I had. They were so happy to actually be able to eat at an event! Us gf people tend to starve when out in public. Lol) Finally, I'd like to give a little pat on the back to the patio! Great fun, food and drink! Always a fantastic time out there!

As a vendor, it’s usually hard to get a good venue staff. I usually have to ask repeatedly for one item before I’m even a thought to some venues. However, at vintage house, from the moment I walked in the door, they asked me what I needed, if they could help me setup and everything. One of the waitstaff even gave me a pack silverware so I could eat since I was a last-minute booking and didn’t have a table. They even helped me breakdown my photo booth and load up my car. They’re the most helpful venue I’ve come in contact with so far and I had a blast working there. Detroit DJ Entertainment Perfect Portraits Photo Booth Follow us on Instagram!

Went there for a St. Patty's Day celebration. First, security (male) dug all through my purse. There were no female guards checking the women, only men. One of the people in my party is deaf. Security kept telling him to put his arms up but he couldn't understand him. We tried to tell the guard that he was deaf, but he aggressively sent us away. When the guard grabbed his arms and put them up, he of course complied. Then I heard the guard ask him if he was high or drunk or something? Again, he wasn't heard. Out came a red light, and it was demanded that my friend follow the light with his eyes. (I should have left then) After that, a stranger sitting beside me snatched my sandwich off of my tray and I had to handle it myself. The staff was of no help. There were fights (not us) and the night just never got any better. We left early and lost $10.00 a piece for the cover..$70.00 total. For the abundance of security you'd think there would have been better crowd control. The venue should have been a safe place, but none of us were, especially not my deaf friend, who just wanted to have good time out. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the experience and will never go back. Not a good place to enjoy your night out.. At least not on St. Patrick's Day.
