We recently held my daughters Bat Mitzvah at The Factory Lounge and it was superb. One of the main reasons we went with this venue was due to Teri's (the owner) involvement and responsiveness from Day 1. She was always available to answer any questions, even those completely unrelated to the venue. Between her help and our wonderful DJ (Lucas at Pure Entertainment), we had all the information we needed at our fingertips, which allowed us to pull off a great event without an event planner. At the event itself, when I walked in the room, she had set it up just as I would have done myself. It was like she could read my mind, with very little instruction from me. Teri is so well organized has done this so many times that the events flow extremely smoothly. The staff was also excellent. They were there and on top of things all night. It seemed as though as soon as I put down an empty glass or a dirty plate, there was someone there picking it up. And after the event, they had boxed up everything for me to take home, (including the left over food) making our job really easy after a long night. The venue also has a very cool garage door that opens, and allowed us to have a funnel cake truck as a surprise dessert. And the exposed brick and cool artwork truly give this place a downtown feel, in an uptown location. Loved our experience at The Factory and would highly recommend it for any special events!

I recently had my daughter's bat mitzvah at the Factory Lounge and it was perfection! Teri and her team, including on site manager Andrea and all staff were wonderful to deal with. The room looked spectacular and the evening ran without a hitch. They were so easy to deal with during the planning stages and they executed everything as discussed. I could not have asked for anything more.

I had an unconventional hip hop themed wedding reception at Factory Lounge and it was turned out better than I had envisioned. Terry was very helpful with choosing our decor items and gave us ideas to make our night unique and entertaining for our guests. We had tons of compliments. We drove into our reception in an antique car and had multiple dance performances on our customized vinyl floor. The night was well managed and seamless. I wish we could throw a party every weekend at Factory Lounge!!

Teri is an absolute pleasure and ease to work with! The venue speaks for itself; it's beautiful and perfect for bringing the downtown vibe uptown. Teri has become a corporate partner of our charity and we could not be more pleased with her generosity and support!
