The BEST place to go to for a concert in the area! This used to be a pool hall but they renovated it recently. The renovations are amazing! The place is always spotless and the bar staff are efficient. I have seen Mother Mother, K.Flay, Collective Soul, and Protest the Hero here. Amazing sound quality and the standing floor is more then enough room for a full house. They always have a good line-up of bands. Please bring Mother Mother back!

Best place in Waterloo Region to see a concert. They have a ton of great musicians in their lineup on a consistent basis. Staff are friendly, parking is ample and free. Great atmosphere all around.

Great venue. Exceptional service. We had a private social function here last night and the owners couldn't have been more accomodating. The staff were also really good.

My first visit to Maxwell's was to see Cold Creek County in February. I was pleased to see how quickly Security removed individuals that were too impaired/causing problems and they did it without causing a big scene. The place is clean, sound was good and the staff was friendly. However, the drinks are super expensive! Almost $9 for one can of Palm Bay! Lots of room but no tables to be able to put your drink down. I will definitely be back but I will have a few drinks BEFORE I get there.

Good music and clean venue. But the bouncers giving out the bracelets outside were just throwing the backings on the ground. No respect for the environment. How hard is it to pocket them, and then dispose of them correctly when you are done? I considered saying something but didn't want to be disallowed to go to the show.
