My family and I were very thankful for this venue. We unfortunately had to put together a memorial for our father. Everyone was absolutely amazing, especially Annie in the beginning, they were there to figure out all our problems from technology to food, to unknown number of guests. We did not even know this place exhisted. The venue was beautiful and excellent pricing. The entire building was for us, the bar tender (Jason) and all the staff were able to answer all our questions the day of. The outside was perfect, a playground for children, the gazebo for pictures and nature to release our butterflies. The food was absolutely delicious with excellent options for everyone and every diet. This is an unknown Gem, i hope this helps in your decisions.

My wedding will be held October of 2019, but I wanted to post my first impressions of working with Annie, the coordinator. So far Annie has gone above and beyond for my fiance and myself and was so very accommodating when we had questions related to budget. They really will work with any budget. She is always so responsive to our many questions and we have already met with her a couple of times. She even has come in on her day off to meet with us quickly. She is such an asset, and I look forward to working with her more in the upcoming months! I plan to post again after the wedding for a final review, but if it is as good as how things have gone thus far, I have no concerns!!

Drove all the way from the Lansing area for a scheduled walkthrough and nowone came from their staff. The staff even gave my fiancé a non-working contact number. I hope their customer service and scheduling is better for their future prospective clients. Clear sign to not use this venue for a wedding for us.

We held a corporate event here April 25, 2018. Chef Bobby and his team were fantastic. Food was amazing...Great selection and lots and lots of it (Be sure to order the hommous--best I've had)! Staff was great, on top of everything. Worked within our budget to produce an event our guests raved about!

Had our wedding reception here on July 2017. My husband and I decided to have a wedding in less than two months. That being said, we were on a time crunch! Thank God, we found this place-- it was perfect for us. Rustic with a touch of contemporary elegance. Miss Faye was our go-to person and coordinator at that time. She did a beautiful job-- saved us a lot of headaches! She took in charge of the communication among our vendors for the day/evening. Sad to hear that she left Freedom Hill. Hope they can keep up to her excellent service she's rendered. The staff was professional, helpful, and respectful. Food was great! I took a star off just because they ran out of hors d' oeuvres-- some guests didn't get any. But all in all, it was a wonderful experience! Thank you.
