My sister ordered her dress here and received decent service. She naively paid for it in full before getting it altered and taking it home. Her fiancé passed away 2 months before the wedding. When she called in and again when my mother went in to ask for a refund for this unaltered dress, Susan did not consider that at all. She repeatedly mentioned, "When you bring the dress home" after hearing the full story. They were treated without compassion, no understanding for the death that just occurred. After a long chat with Susan, my mom finally got a "sorry for your loss" out of her. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

These ladies are all super amazing and go way above and beyond in everything they do!! I had a dress I specifically wanted for my bridesmaids and they brought it in and in the colour I hoped for!! Amazing I can't say enough good things!

This is now the FIRST place I go when looking for formal wear. They always have the perfect dress in their vast selection.

Much better experience than last time I was in there, actually got treated like a person, not a piece of riff Raff off the street
