My wife and I got married in June 2018 and hired Jess to be our day-of-wedding coordinator. We could not be happier with her services! Jess is friendly, organized, and excellent at coordinating an event with a lot of logistics. She created an event timeline right down to the minute, for the peace of mind of both wedding party and vendors. In the week before our wedding, she even resolved a last minute problem where one of our vendors were missing a key equipment. During the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves with our family and friends, knowing that Jess was handling all the logistical details.

Jessica Poon with En Amour was phenomenal! She created my wedding timeline to match my specific needs, she helped set up and decorate while lending her expertise when necessary, more than a month before the wedding she took over all my vendor contracts and organized everything, and the day of she was a dream as she literally directed everyone! (Especially the groomsmen!!!) She was incredibly easy to work with and was very professional. She took almost all the stress away! She was not pushy and wanted to make me happy so she tried her best to make sure my vision was exactly how I wanted it. I don't think I would have enjoyed my wedding as much if she wasn't there to make sure everything ran smooth. I also don't think it would have been as successful!! All in all I would recommend Jess to anyone who wants to just relax and enjoy their day like any bride should!

Where to begin? Jess was more than I could ask in a wedding coordinator. Noting that she was perfect, amazing, punctual, attentive to details, and organized are not sufficient to describe the incredible service she rendered. At various times and without my having to mention it, she took the initiative on issues and went beyond my expectations. My first impressions in meeting Jess for the first time was that she looked young and petite, and this made me question the extent to which she was up to the task. But as the saying goes: do not judge a book by its cover. Jess was not shy to make her presence known when necessary: contacting and asking questions of vendors, even asking me questions regarding the details of my timeline for the day. Her goal and interests seemed centered on making the day go smoothly and be fun. We were all impressed with the way she managed to keep control before and during the event. She surpassed all of our expectations; to a point where even the vendors were impressed with the 11-pages timeline that she produced for the event and that had everyone talking. Overall, we were more than impressed and I personally don’t think my special day would have been such a success without her.
