Went there with 4 friends last night and we all had an amazing experience. We were treated like family from start to finish. The service was terrific and the meals enjoyed by all. My chicken Marsala with a side of fettuccine Alfredo was fabulous. What a delicious sauce! We had such a good time that we lost track of time and they graciously kept open past official closing. Sorry about that Toni! But all of us we'll be back whether you like it or not.

Fabulous Italian food. There's an old Italian grandpa who took care of us. Did a wonderful job with suggestions and tips. We loved the Italian food. Their bread is incredible. One of the best Italian dinners we've had in a while.. They also have a homemade tiramisu which topped things off nicely. Highly recommended.

Every time I go to Ottawa I HAVE to stop by Allegro's restaurant. It's definitely the BEST Italian restaurant in that city. The food, the ambiance and the service (often by Marino) is exceptionnaly good. Highly recommended!

We experienced a business presentation upstairs and everything was just perfect from the greetings to the service, drinks, coffee, appetizers, main course parmagiana, dessert, and the room was quiet and excellent for presentations. Thanks!
