Fantastic little museum! The staff is wonderful and informative, the displays are interesting and engaging. Make sure you have enough time to really explore the buildings and the barn outside.

We came out for a unique /special /one-of-a-kind /art sale / art festival. There are lots of neat features in the main barn, including windows into the cellars and basement. The horse exhibit, and perifery buildings also offer more to explore and learn about. And some if the merchants were even able to set up, out of doors, with power and water being brought out or available to them. Each building seemed capable of handling crowds and affording merchants areas to set up tables and meet with people - and the venue even had areas for families to collect when the rain briefly appeared. As it was around Halloween we were also delighted by the temporary addition of large scale sculptures around the property. We had a good time out, there were food trucks and an atm on site. It was relatively navigable for wheelchairs and mobility aids and strollers, alike, though this site does not seem to be serviced by public transit.

As a School Bus Driver, I am always happy to the kids talking about how fun their day has been. It was a beautiful day for the kids and they had such a great time. Thanks to the staff as usual...

We arrived very late in the day, yet they were gracious and helped us find information on the family we had never known.
