If I could give this place another star I would. I came here with my girlfriend to spend the day here. We didn't get a room because we were just going to stay for the buffet. We ended up staying here the entire day. The buffet was amazing, they had many options and everything tasted wonderful. It was a little bit expensive ($29 for Saturday and $39 for Sunday) but you expect that when the chef is hand carving roast beef for you. The overall atmosphere was amazing, I believe the hotel was built in the early 1900's, it has an amazing feel to it. My girlfriend and I walked around to see other stuff around the hotel. They have a lot of banquet space. We we're lucky enough to catch a wedding being setup up. It looked beautiful! The hotel is right beside the Humber river! They have a small path that can go on for days. It's amazing and the view is beautiful. If you are a guest of the hotel they'll be able to rent you a bike. They also have a great outside bar patio. It was booked out for the wedding so unfortunately we didn't get to have a drink there. They do also have a really nice bar inside. Very old school feeling to it. Bottom line, this place is amazing. My girlfriend was so impressed she want to do her wedding now. Definitely go and try it out.

I was a guest for high tea this afternoon. The Terrace was lovely, and the food excellent. The waiter was graceless, unwelcoming, sour. ( Perhaps sore feet? ). He may have asked my hostess if we wanted a doggy bag. He brought two cheap bakeshop cardboard boxes for us to fill! At the Windsor Arms the tone was totally different. "May I pack the rest for later?" Then the whole stand was graciously removed, and the leftovers came back in a durable and nicely tied container. The man was old enough to know better, and should be either sacked or trained. I was embarrassed for my hostess.

While the location and decor was great, this definitely isn't a good place for dinner. With a small selection of food that's really pricey, you would hope to get a meal that is worth the money. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The highlight of the meal for me was my mash potatoes instead of a 38 dollar piece of steak; just too unacceptable for the price. Not to mention the server we had was very lacking in the manners department.

This place is beautiful! I've never been here before and I can't stop looking at the grounds! I arrived for dinner and there was not much selection. There is a decent selection for wine though. I had the prime rib and it was nicely cooked although my server was not very friendly. I'd definitely go back and check out the breakfast buffet.

Arrived for the Sunday brunch and the family was immediately impressed by the stately facility. There isn't enough space or time to describe all the food offerings in the incredible buffet. You can have a simple breakfast or a full roast beef dinner and anything in between. It's not cheap at $42 but if you don't get you money's worth here you must have an eating disorder. Has to be one of the best if not best brunch buffets in Toronto.
