Beautiful hotel with large hallways and classic architecture and details. We had a great time roaming the halls looking at the artwork. The food in their cafe/restaurant was delicious. The weekend we stayed had a cute arts and crafts market.

Stayed last night. Very cool place with so much character. The bar area is great to socialize. The restaurant has excellent food. The restaurant staff were awesome when we had to leave unexpectedly after order was placed. The only thing is the odd/even room setup is very confusing. We ended up walking in circles looking for even room entry. Look over the map when you first get in and remember the restaurant is the baseline for each side. There are not too many signs. Only one when u come off the elevator, and that just shows a 3/4 circle. I recommended to front desk that each entry wall for room access near restaurant for odd/even could be painted to represent that side to assist guests to know that the walkway to room without needing to put signage to take away from the charm. People remember colors. Very few will review a map after checking in. Great place, great staff!!

From the moment we stepped through the door (apprently the back door) Paul greeted us with eager passion and excitement! He answered all our questions and showed oncrediinc customer service and passion for the hotel and the history of the building! That was welcomed as I was only there for the building. Paul, (P-a-u-l) was instrumental throughout my stay guiding and providing an exceptional experience! From there, Kevin at 100 acres was on point, courteous, genuine and very service oriented. The hotel Henry has their stuff together. Go. Enjoy the building. The history. The food. The people. You won't regret it.

An absolutely lovely new hotel by AK art gallery, with new local art on the walls every visit. I have not stayed over, but visited for brunch and came for the holiday market in December. I was showed guest rooms by a girl at the front desk, who was very informative and helpful. The rooms are lovely, definitely unique with high ceilings and windows. The hallways to the guest rooms are large and spacious, the girl told me sometimes weddings are performed. The holiday market was through the second and third floor, in a pretty purple lounge, banquet spaces and what appeared to be meeting spaces for businesses. Very clean, professional, with lots of art throughout. I hope to stay over one day!

The renovations they’ve done here must have been a real taking to.... in some of the hallways they’ll show you the old photos of the building before redoing it and they really tried to modernize the place while still preserving some of its old and unmistakable features. I like that there is art on the walls and a bar, restaurant and coffee shop that is open to the public. That allows for the hotel to not only be for the visitors but for Buffalonians as well.
