From wedding guests' perspective there are several things that they would remember for years to come. And food is a very important aspect that could make it memorable. For our daughter's wedding (400+ guests) recently we used Zilli Hospitality Group, and it turned out to be a really good decision. Zilli was very polite, respectful and professional from start to finish. I give them high marks for how they managed tasting sessions, how they set things up in the venue, how they provided friendly service to the guests, and of course, most importantly, how good the taste and presentation of the food were. And guests had only great memories to take away. I can confidently say that Zilli will not disappoint.

Working with Zilli's was a breeze from day 1. I cannot say enough about how well everything went. We have been told over and over again that we had the best food anyone has ever had at a wedding before. We didn't want to stop the party with a 2 hour traditional sit down so we did the stations instead where people could go a pick what they wanted. From appetizers, to the meal, dessert, and late night pizza, everything was perfect! We tweaked a few things on the menu and customized to us. It was absolutely wonderful! Thank you to the entire team for your efforts and attention to detail on everything. Major kudos from the fully bellies!

I have worked for Zilli Hospitality Group on many different occasions from big to small events. I have met on site for some events, but have also helped with loading trucks and helping with the dishes at their main location in Waukesha. Some of it was tough work and maybe a few things I didn't enjoy doing, but I was always willing to help where help was needed. I was always working with great staff and everyone was always willing to help if you had any questions or was having trouble with certain things. It was great seeing everyone come together from larger events to the smaller events to make sure that the guests really enjoyed their time and the food. If something was wrong the staff would always try to fix it as soon as possible. I loved working for Zilli Hospitality Group, and sometimes when they really need help I will offer to help if I am available.

They catered our wedding and did a wonderful job. Presentation of the food stations was lovely and the staff was very professional. Working with steph was very enjoyable and he made the planning very easy.

Zilli's met with us and to have a tasty test before our wedding day. We choose them based on the great flavor of their food and the promise of great service they explained to us. In addition to food service, we were going to need rental tent and chairs. When it came to that piece they were slow to respond and did not have the same chairs that we spoke about. Thankfully, my florest was able to make the decor work to spruce them up. When it came to the meal, it was good, and more than enough food. But we had a bit of a problem with our meal assignments, which was brought to my attention, and nothing I wanted to deal with! I wish our appointed person would have come to us with at least suggestions or ideas, instead of just notifying us about the issue. In addition, the table placecards were no on the correct tables, which had been originally set by the groom, himself. That worked out alright, but it was unfortunate that our family and wedding weren't seated as close to us, as they should have been. I certainly don't have any complaints, nor did any of the guest, about the food. But from a service perspective, they could have done better. Including delivery us the correct entree, after they asked us while we sat at a sweetheart table with just the two of us.
