Nice place reasonable bar prices

Very unprofessional and unorganized. Expect this place to double book your event and try to force you to change your date. Make sure you have written on your receipt whether it's upstairs or downstairs, as they only write hall rental. I had originally booked the downstairs, but when I went to put my deposit down had changed it to the upstairs. Was told all along that both areas were available. Less than 2 weeks before my party, I had called for a minor question to see if I would have access to coffee maker & kettle and come to find out they still had me booked for downstairs. I had been very specific and lots of phone calls between the time of planning to the time of dropping off my deposit. First of all who would pay $100 when the total for the basement would have been $115? They were willing to give me $100 off if I changed the party to the day before, but if I stuck with their mess-up than was just told that I wouldn't have to pay the $15 left owing (guests were 100-120 people and basement would hold 60 comfortably). Also when I went to pay my deposit the one person helping out... You could obviously smell the alcohol on her breath (like intoxicating). The only good thing out of this experience was they recommended and provide me with the phone number of Prince Edward Yaught Club, and surprising I was able to book a party in less than 2 weeks.
