Spent Canada Day long weekend at the lodge, had a wonderful time there. Great location on the lake with fabulous beach, dock, and canoes and kayaks which the kids enjoyed tremendously! Staffs are super nice and friendly. We are already planning a return trip to see the fall colors and winter snow!

The place was nice clean. The room smelled old and dusty. There were cobwebs in the corners. The wifi was non existent. The kitchen was not fully stocked as advertised. Extremely overpriced for the cabin. Only great thing was the location

The cottages are pretty rustic but that lends them charm and makes them accessible to people from all over the world. The lakefront is really what makes it, and that's where we had a 5-star experience. The hosts are also wonderful - very accommodating and thoughtful.

Great location for family. Spent 5 nights. We had 3 bedroom cottage. Avoid it! Other cottages seems slightly better. Kitchen, fridge and utils was very dirty. We had to spend 2 hours first to clean all. Oven was full of dirt - could use it and didnt want to clean. Carpets were awful. Rest was ok but all needs a bit of an upgrade. Wifi not working at all although advertised. Couldnt share photos with family back in Europe and plan our upcoming trips. Had to buy SIM card and buy expensive data plan. Game room was not usable. Table soccer was broke, billiard sticks were all broke. Nothing got fixed nor replaced although reported. Kids were very disappointed they could not play. We got refund but would not book anymore. It is not only a question of money but of advertised services which are not available.

Good quiet little place with a very friendly lady at the front desk. This place is right on the lake and the view is beautiful. For under $100 a night we are very pleased with our stay. It's a cozy basic place off the highway with everything a few minutes down the road. Very close to Algoquin park. Wi-Fi small tv microwave spa tub. Most importantly the rooms were clean.
