I have rented the hall and due to covid have not been able to get a refund. No one answers messages or emails. This is not right, does anyone have any suggestions? It appears that I am not the only one that they are doing this to.

Rented hall. Would appreciate my money back.

Rented the hall but because of covid haven't been able to go ahead and use it for what I wanted it for and can't get a hold of anyone there. Even though when you call there, it says they will get back to you asap. I have been leaving voicemails and emails since April. Not impressed at all.
