The service and quality of menu was outstanding! For my son’s Graduation the food was talked about during and well after the party. Such an awesome selection to choose from. I definitely felt catered too! With no question Chef Bobby and Encore catering will be my only choice for future events! You will not be disappointed :)

Chef Bobby catered my brother and new sister in laws wedding last weekend! From the start of the planning he was amazing and made sure all needs were met. The food was amazing and everyone was catered to from appetizers to the main course. Amazing job and would highly recommend!

The food was as amazing as everyone says so I was very happy with how that turned out. However, there must have been a few miscommunications between the event planner and wait staff/bar. The bar was very confused on some things, including the champagne I had brought in from the outside that was supposed to be served to all guests but the bar thought only immediate family was allowed to drink it. The issue was resolved later in the evening but many guests were initially turned away when they asked for a glass which makes me very very disappointed. Also, for some reason, the dessert table that was included in my package was set out during cocktail hour, not after dinner like it should have been. Therefore, there was no dessert served when it was supposed to be and guests were disappointed. The staff was able to get a couple trays of nice desserts together but only served them to the parent tables, and I really wanted it to be for all my guests. Also, they cut up the bottom layer of my cake and put it out for guests to have, but I made it very clear to the event planner that the cake was to be served to the head table and parents only (I ordered a small cake, enough to serve bridal party and immediate family only, not meant for the guests as they would have the “dessert table”.). Besides these issues, the staff did their best to fix all the issues that came up and I blame it more on a severe lack of communication than the staff themselves. I was very impressed with how they treated the bridal party and parent tables, we were their top priority and it showed. And they packaged up TONS of leftover food for us to take home which was amazing and unheard of for a hall to do. I was very thankful for that! The staff who worked the wedding were all very friendly and did their best to help when issues were brought to their attention which was appreciated. I just wish there had been a day of coordinator to make sure everything went according to plan so my mom didn’t have to be the one to do it.

Encore catered my wedding rehearsal dinner last Friday and it couldn’t of been better. Everyone had at least 2 visits to the food line. The Italian sausage and peppers were amazing and the touch of Better Made chips gave the food a gourmet BBQ with a touch of Detroit feel. The workers were extremely professional polite. It was one for the books.

Chef Bobby and his amazing staff just catered our wedding and blew it out of the water. The food, being the most important part about the day, is what people will not stop talking about. Not only did the short rib, halibut and vegetarion option taiste delicious but it was presented as if it came out of an ad in Food and Wine Magazine. Let me mention the fact that we had 400 guests at our wedding, and every entree was hot for each individual. If you are looking to have food that looks and tastes like a work of art, Chef Bobby and his staff will kill it! Hire this crew, if you are looking for non-typical food for any occasion that will have your guests remembering the event for an eternity. Thank you Chef and staff for making our wedding so memorable!!!!
