Cindy (the owner) is super helpful and she has an excellent selection of dresses for brides, mother of the brides and guests. Her jewelry selection is amazing and reasonably priced. We had been to countless stores looking for a mother of the bride dress for my Mom when I overheard someone talking about this bridal shop in Port Perry. Cindy was a godsend. She was patient and helped my Mom and Aunts all find the perfect dresses. I would highly recommend Cindy and her shop to anyone looking for a dress whether it be for a wedding or special occasion!!

I can't say enough good about this beautiful shop, and the amazing woman that runs it! 4 or 5 trips of me going back and forth on a dress from here, and a dress at another location. She even let me bring in another wedding dress to try on both together. When I was ready to buy she suggested I sleep on it as to not rush in to buying another wedding dress. *bc I clearly rushed on my first* oops Well my final time coming in she was friendly as always and patient with me and my struggle. I decided to say yes to the dress that kept pulling me back.. I'm so in love with this dress.. thank you for making this difficult choice so much easier on me.. your positive attitude is contagious and it was a pleasure to get to know you over my several trips in ahah Sincerely, Tara Brohm

Loved my dress. Linda who is an independent seamstress working out of Crystal Coutoure boutique in Port Perry fitted and altered the top of my dress in 2 fittings The next fitting she ruined the dress by cutting it too short. An attempt to stretch the fabric. This made the liner longer than the top layer and both still too short. The manager gave me a off the rack dress in the same size and colour. Thank you crystal bridal for doing that. The 4th fitting, Linda “altered” the top of the second dress. It didn’t fit at all. This is 2 weeks before the wedding. I was so disappointed and disheartened. I took the dress and left. Fortunately I found a wonderful seamstress who altered the dress and I got it 3 days before the wedding It would appear that Crystal Couture removed my FB review and blocked me. Their response was that Linda is an independent contractor. By introducing/allowing Linda to work out of their store, they are in fact endorsing her. I would NEVER use her again. Take your dresses elsewhere for alterations.
