We hired the Main Hall for our son's 3rd birthday party.  It was an excellent venue for our 100+ guests.  Plenty of space and high ceilings for a bouncy castle and lots of room for the little ones to play.  There's a clean and very well-equipped kitchen and we were able to use glassware, crockery and cutlery at no extra cost (so long as we washed it and put it away by the time we left - there is a commercial dishwasher which made this quick and easy).  The Main Hall itself has a good-size counter (with a dedicated hirer's fridge for chilling drinks plus ice buckets on request) where we set up a bar for appreciative mums and dads!  Hire of the Main Hall includes complimentary use of the lounge room leading on to the garden which was an added bonus.    All the tables and chairs we had requested were in the hall waiting for us and the hall itself was clean and ready for us to set up and decorate.  The pillars and arches in the hall give it a lovely atmosphere and we had really positive feedback from our guests about our choice of venue.  There is on-site parking for approximately 20 cars and additional on-street parking with no parking restrictions on the weekends/evenings.  Not only was the venue excellent but the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.  Booking was easy and efficient and the hire rates are good value too, especially considering the location.  We will definitely hire again!

Great convenient location between Richmond and Kew Gardens. Just had my 50th birthday with 70s Disco theme. Manager is happy to help and Patrick, the maintenance guy, very helpful and friendly. Kitchen facilities were just right for our caterer too - with nothing but professional machines at hand. Off street parking for 20 cars is also quite unusual in London and toilets are brand new so overall cannot fault this place in any way... simply the best!

We used the Marwood Room for a Baby Shower for 25 people and the room was absolutely perfect for that number and the set-up we needed. The team were really helpful in the run up to the event, keys were ready to be collected as directed and the room was clean and warm with the tables and chairs we had requested there waiting for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something similar, whether it be a Baby Shower, Kids Birthday, or even a private dinner if you wanted to get caterers to bring food and drinks in. Thank you!
