This Knights of Columbus hall is a great location to hold your venue if you're trying to be economical while keeping your event beautiful and elegant. We are repeat customers, having used the large hall for a wedding and the smaller room for a birthday party over the last few years, as recent as this month. The managers are very nice and and add a personal touch, and also were super accomodating when I needed to get in early on a Saturday after they held a Friday party for another guest. I've recommended to many who have also booked here and have been very pleased. It was very clean, well organized floor plan, and the caterer that we chose was delicious too. Great place for an event without breaking the bank.

Let me start by saying, the owner of this place, who goes by the name Jerry, is very unprofessional! My husband and I held our baby shower at this location and was very displeased. The venue itself was very nice and just what we were looking for; however, everything that happened before and after the event, is what makes me extremely upset. First off, my husband and I were told that, we could come in the night before to set up. This was even noted on our contract. In addition, the tables, chairs, and linens were also supposed to be set up in advance. My husband and I showed up on our scheduled day and time- the day before our shower, and waited outside for 1 hour, before we decided to make a phone call, due to no one showing up. We got ahold of a woman, who was able to let us in with a key. Once she opened the door, we were appalled. Not only were the tables not set up or in order, but there were no chairs set up and there were probably 200 chairs stacked up against the back wall. In addition, there was a vacuum in the middle of the floor and the restrooms were gross- trash was actually running over, in one of the garbage cans. My husband and I had to hurry up and get the tables in position, as well as take chairs down and set them up. We arrived at the venue at 6pm and we did not leave until 1am. My husband has a back injury- a pretty bad one and I am in my third trimester of my pregnancy and am on major restrictions. Once we brought our concerns to the table, not only did we have to call the venue about 5 times, before we received a phone call, but once the owner- or whomever he is, Jerry, called us back, he was extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Not only did Jerry try and justify the situation, but he laughed at my husband, told him that he needs to contact his doctor. He made this comment, sarcastically, as he was trying to say, my husband's back should not prevent him from setting up a room. He also stated, me being pregnant is not a health issue and basically not a reason to not be able to set up a room, also. My husband has video recording of the facility prior to us setting up the place. I am embarrassed to know that an owner/operator could be so unprofessional. Because he did not like what my husband was saying, he actually hung up on him- yes Jerry hung up on him. My husband was so disgusted by this guy's actions that he actually recorded the entire conversation, once Jerry started being very rude. So, just know, if you rent from this place and anything goes wrong, DO NOT expect to receive an apology or anything. So, just beware. Lastly, we inquired about why no one showed up to let us in the building, the day before the shower and we were told, the person who was supposed to let us in left her phone at home and simply forgot about the meeting. He then proceeded to say that, things happen. Yes things happen; however, as a professional establishment, something of this magnitude should not happen. What if this had been the day of our actual shower and we had guests in the parking lot waiting to get in. What would we have done? Very sad customer service. Will not utilize this venue again, or recommend to any of our family/friends. If I could, I would give this place a half star, simply because of the way Jerry spoke to my husband, today. Disgusting.

Seeing how I am a knight, I will say this, a great place to meet and get together with friends and family.
