Went there this past weekend during the evening and had a spa treatment. Overall experience was great. Aroma therapeutic massage was fantastic. Rodger added extra pressure to massage which I really enjoyed. My 80 minute massage was perfect. Place is clean and the staff are friendly. Only down fall, I wish the hot tub was hotter. But the sauna was the heat I needed. Will come back again for other spa services.

Loved the hotel. Easy, professional service. Comfortable large rooms and modern bathrooms (despite the old fashioned decor). My only quibble is the loud air conditioning in the rooms

Beautiful hotel. Great ambience. Really enjoyable to walk around and take in all of the time pieces. Staff were lovely and helpful. Great experience.

If there is one iconic piece of architecture in this town, it must be this hotel. Lunch on the patio was very nice, offering good vegan options (which we were thrilled to find all over NOTL). Staff was friendly, service everything you could want.

Beautiful building. Attentive server and speedy service. However the food was bland and over cooked. I had the Cobb salad, the dressing was tasteless and the chicken was overcooked. For $24 I was greatly disappointed. My boyfriend had the $19 prime rib burger which was terribly dry and overcooked with no sauces on the burger which only added to the dryness. When spending this kind of money one would expect top quality food. Most disappointing food in our 5 day Toronto vacation.
