Walking in to the hotel it's nice and clean. Front desk staff were friendly enough. Got to the room and realized there is no fridge or microwave that was listed in the amenities on their website. There's only one of four floors with an ice machine and vending. Been here an hour and a half and pretty sure that the 74 degrees outside is cooler than the room. If I open the window it lets in a nice breeze, just have to bear with the noise from the roof units this room overlooks. The TV is a old tube tv from 2000 with no remote. There's a screen to a window in the closet. Hopefully the shower works. Price was high for the quality.

Did not stay overnight but was there in attendance to an event being held in the conference side of the hotel. Event hall was nice and bathrooms were clean. Reception desk was friendly and accommodating to requests. Had to walk from event hall to 2nd floor boardroom and found the stairwell to smell strongly of smoke. Otherwise was a nice place to hold an event.

Very nice stay. While the room decor need some updating, it was a comfortable night for sleeping. The bed was great. The breakfast was nice and more than a continental breakfast. Plenty of time to get your breakfast too. Staff was helpful and courteous.

We Stayed here on a fishing trip to Lake St. Clair. Very nice hotel with plenty of parking. We were able to plug in and charge the boat batteries at night. The room was clean and spacious! The staff was friendly and helpful!

I/we visited here for a high school reunion; the room smelled musty, smokey and like urine. The room was in dire need of a total renovation. The ironing board was stained and the legs were broken, so it couldn't be stood up properly, it had to be placed on the bed. We called the front desk and told the clerk the problem and she asked what we wanted to do about the issue?? She then offered a towel to cover the stain but I reminded her that it was broken and couldn't be stood on end, she then offered to "try and find another one", which she never did; it appeared the broken board was not a surprise. The staff was unable to move our party to a different room because they didn't have the same room type. The hotel has potential but it needs a complete room overhaul and probably a more successful chain/management company to own and run the establishment.
