We had Copper Kettle both cater and decorate our wedding this past weekend and I could not have asked for anything better. We didn't want anything elaborate or over the top just something small and intimate and they delivered just that. When I walked into the venue for our rehearsal everything was all set up and exactly the way I envisioned it right from the lace overlay on the tables to the hanging lights on the beams it was absolute perfection. Fast forward to the dinner and I cannot say one bad thing about the meal. We went with a buffet style BBQ (compliments to Tom your burgers were amazing!!) and EVERYONE loved it. It was so nice to eat a meal that was still hot, at your own pace and with all the toppings you wanted just the way you wanted it. The staff was amazing as well, very polite and very professional, we even got the sunshine Dan ordered for us :) To Dan and the staff thank you so much for helping to make our day perfect!!

Copper Kettle catered our wedding and we are thrilled with how everything turned out! We worked with several of their team members throughout the entire plannng process and they made it so easy for us. From the tent going up to the decorating, the appetizers and then dinner and the bar, everything went so smoothly. We are still hearing back from our guests about their great experience. Their entire team was so wonderful and the food was so awesome, I can't say enough good things about them!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! They were over an hour late arriving at the venue - while guests were waiting expecting appetizers prior to the main meal and then receiving what looked like two trays of fruit and vegetables that came from Costco for around 200 people, and once they started the main meal - it was over cooked to the point of being burnt, they put out potato salad (that contained mayonnaise) in the heat an hour before serving. And to top it off the servers treated the guests as if Copper Kettle was being out - when instead it was the other way around. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. Imagine your son or daughter having a wedding and the caterer arrives over an hour late putting the parents in an embarassing position . The only one allowed to be late is the bride. Professionalism, quality and service is what Copper Kettle is NOT!!!! __________________ In response to Copper Kettles reply to my complaint. For all that are reading these reviews you must note that 3 other guests posted a level 1rating review with exactly the same complaints - which discredits Copper Kettles explanation of their actions. You will also note that 4 additional guests posted a level 1 rating but did not include any details. Again - don't trust this company.

I wish there was an option but 1 is the lowest. Was a guest at a wedding on the weekend and felt so sorry for the bride and groom. The Copper Kettle did the catering and it was the worst. For two hundred guests they gave us two trays of fruit and two trays of vegetables. Dinner was gourmet hamburgers that were as hard as shoe leather. One guest asked if they had any burgers that weren’t burnt. I asked the groom’s parents what the Copper Kettle charged to do something like this and the number that gave me was absolutely crazy and they should request their money back...Based on our experience, we would not recommend this catering company to anyone.

Don't do it. The burgers were as hard as hockey pucks. The so called Greek salad was more like Greek punch because a third of the salad bowl was liquid. The wine was off and tasted like warm vinegar. The apps of vegetables fed about 50 people of a 180 people wedding. Complete face-palm on this one.
