The staff at this resort goes above and beyond. Period. The beautiful setting, good food, and cleanliness of the resort are all top notch, but the staff are what makes it worth the 5 star rating. They accommodated every one of our needs in an unfortunate scenario(boat breakdown). I cannot appreciate the staff and this resort enough. A staff member even offered to drive home, get tools to help, and come back.

Checked in at the Rawley Resort Spa and Marina and was not impressed!!! We were travelling with 4 boats and they put everyone together in one docking area and shipped us to long side docking across the resort. We called ahead and booked as a group! After being lied to twice by the office staff that we could not move to the empty slip beside our friends, because someone else had the spot since Thursday and that boat was just out for the day, we got the spot. The guy who was supposed to be in that 40’ spot had just arrived on Sunday and said we could have it. He only had a 24’ boat. Poor customer service and not accommodating! Our first and last visit here!

A lovely relaxing getaway & Great food! Stayed in room 304, which was a lovely suite with a detached living room and nice ensuite bathroom.

Lovely resort right on the water in Port Severn ON... small but well appointed from the spacious suites to the on site spa, to the dining room. Staff super friendly and service oriented. If you're considering the near north, try the Rawley.
