I had visited Willowells as a new resident to Waterloo Region. In hopes I could find a private pool/fitness area to utilize. After about the 4th time of me going, senior resident had harassed me multiple times verbally and was inquiring about my personal back history. I had connected with the facility, and they had let me know that this specific resident did have other reports against her, however NO ACTION was taken against this resident. Club reimbursed my money. This had taken place about 1 year ago, and to this day it still bothers me to know that as an individual looking to enjoy their spare time would be criticized for age, or reasoning of being here. Perhaps this location is only suited for 65+

I love this place. I join every winter for six months. Often I'm the only one in the swimming pool and the exercise room and cardio room are very lightly used. It also has a sauna
