I have been hired to DJ (Sweeps Entertainment) numerous events at this facility and every time was an awesome experience. The decor was always eye catching and the staff is friendly and accommodating. As a DJ, I would definitely recommend Pi to my clients. As an entrepreneur, I appreciate the professionalism, decor, and customer service I've observed them provide for their clients.

Love this hall. Attended a birthday party in November. The entire hall was filled to the capacity.

DO NOT USE THIS HALL!!! IGNORE THEIR NEW MANAGEMENT EXCUSE, IT'S A LIE!! The wedding I went to here was a success but no thanks to Pi Banquet Hall. The Photo Booth and DJ saved the night! The coat check was unmanned until after the ceremony started so barely anyone had coat check tickets. The excuse from the woman was that she was told to start at least a half hour after the ceremony was supposed to begin. Maybe management's fault? Don't know but coat check should always be manned early not after everything starts. The bar was not ready to open when the ceremony was over and the reception started. A whole tray of pasta was dropped(accidents happen) and without consulting anyone(this is the big problem because they could have told the maid of honor, at least) the manager decided to replace those dishes with rice and hope nobody noticed. There was a bone in my husband's broccoli... Can't even explain that one! My pasta had lots of crunchy bits in the cavatappi noodles like it was left out too long or overcooked after being frozen. Another guest at our table ordered a vegetarian plate ahead of time. The maid of honor came around to check how many vegetarian plates were at each table. When serving they still tried to serve him a regular dish. He was too polite to say anything so his wife spoke up. Then they sent out another staff member with a regular dish instead of vegetarian for him again. Third time is the charm I guess because he finally got vegetarian. The staff was wonderful but the management was constantly dropping the ball. The bride was promised that the negative reviews were due to previous management. They claimed to be under new management and all the problems were fixed. DO NOT listen to them when they say this. They keep rotating the same managers that have been there for years so they can claim to be under "new management" without ever getting a new manager or fixing any problems.
