Two weeks ago I bought my wedding dress at With Love Bridal Boutique! I really enjoyed my time there with Brittney as my consultant (so friendly and kind!). This was my first time dress shopping and I had no expectations to actually make a decision on a dress let alone buy one! Brittany quickly helped me form a vision for my dress and completely respected my budget while selecting the dresses to try! Thank you!!

This place made me feel like a princess!! Heidi helped me out and it was an amazing experience. The boutique is so cute and elegant. It made my first dress shopping experience so lovely and I didn't feel overwhelmed at all. I have anxiety issues but my mom could tell how comfortable and excited I felt!

I can’t say enough good things about With Love! I had such a great experience with Britteny, who made my wedding dress shopping a fun and exciting moment. She was so kind and helpful, making sure I found the dress of my dreams! The Boutique really goes the extra mile to show their appreciation to their customers. I would recommend With Love to anyone searching for a place to fine unique and elegant dresses in a very customer-oriented setting.

I purchased my dress at With Love, and while we had great service when initially purchasing the dress, I’ve been pretty disappointed with the follow-up service. I’ve included a few notes below to summarize my experience. 1) I wasn't contacted when my dress arrived. I purchased my dress back in February, and being from out of town, I knew I'd have to schedule my visits for alterations well in-advance. I reached out at the end of June to get an update, they said it was scheduled to arrive the following week and that they'd be in touch when it was in. Two and a half weeks went by and I hadn't heard back, so I phoned in and they told me it had been at the shop for several weeks. 2) When first purchasing my dress, I was told that I could choose my veil at my next appointment once the dress had arrived. When I went in this past weekend, I was surprised to find that I had a very limited selection to choose from because of the timeline I was working with. Frustrating, since I was ready to choose my veil when first purchasing my dress, but was advised to wait. 3) At my first appointment, I was told that my alterations would be done with their in-house seamstress. After I found out that my dress had arrived mid-July, I asked to schedule my appointments right away so that I could plan my trips to Ottawa from Toronto. I was told that their seamstress was booked until the end of September (my wedding is September 29th), and would be unable to do my alterations. All things combined, I'm happy with the dress I purchased at With Love, but have been frustrated with the few issues I've experienced. I hope they can make improvements to their service so that future brides can have nothing but a positive, stress-free experience for this fun part of wedding planning.

I went in 2 week ago after shopping around for so long and i was almost getting frustrated but i met my consultant Brittney who was beyond amazing. She listened to me really well and also made sure i stayed within budget. I ended up not only buying one dress but two dresses and i was still within budget. Amazing experience i will recommend it to anyone.. It was so amazing i am going back again in 2 weeks to get bridesmaids dresses :D
