I saw Jordan Peterson there on the upper floor. the seats where pretty tight and the view was better since I was closer to the edge than most of the upper floor. I thought the place was smooth and well organized. I would pay the extra to get ground floor tickets for a one man lecture though. The stage is pretty small and low to the floor for what it is worth. other than that the venue will stay one of the best in Michigan.

One of the best places I’ve ever seen a concert hands down! Beautiful theater with old architecture. Seen Black Label Society there and the sound was amazing. It’s one of those places you stand in, look around and can just sense the rich history and magnificent performances that have been had.

Love it!! VIP tables are too pricey for most shows so they don’t fill and are a waste. I enjoy coming here but it’s hard to see in many places down on main floor. Balcony is sometimes the better view if you can’t get VIP tables.

Went to see Greta Van Fleet and the venue was awesome! They even accommodated my MS issues by allowing us a seats in a reserved area with bar service! The only thing I WOULD say is that the one female usher who was looking after the ticketing for that area needs to take a deep breath and lighten up...she seemed like she was about to snap but the venue was great!

Great theater if you're standing. They have multiple tiers of standing room, and I love being right on the rail but taller than everyone in the front row. It's the perfect way to see a show. However, if you end up sitting in the top section, know that there is virtually no leg room and it can be a miserable experience. Beer is expensive but accessible. The smoking area gets super cramped as well and is right by the stairs to the bathroom so it gets congested before the show. The theater itself is beautiful and well maintained. Many lots around for parking, although expect to pay 15-20 bucks.
