The suite was clean and not overly ornate which I prefer. The view was spectacular and the buffet breakfast and dinner at restaurant was good. The only issue with the room was the air conditioner. Didn't work well. Luckily it was very cool at night and slept with the patio screen and it kept the room comfortable. The spa was the greatest experience. I've been to many others. I loved all the treatments I received. The people are very friendly, kind and you can tell they love what they do. They go out of their way to make sure your comfortable and the experience pleasant.

Beautiful location with small lake in a nice town surrounded by mountains. Situated in a really nice area with lots of things to do. The rooms were what you'd might expect. The only downside was the breakfast buffet.

Ac in room is strong when needed but less so in the rest of the hotel. Good for events. Unseasonably Expensive drinks. No room service.

Beautiful place. Clean rooms. Great food. Massages were relaxing. We enjoyed our stay at the manoir.

Great hotel. So why only four stars? It’s a renovated old hotel and while they did an excellent job at it, some things just tell the tale. The staff are generally very friendly but a few have clearly been there a long time and need to be reminded of what 5 start service is. The was no clear gm there all the times I went by the front desk. Room are very clean and that goes for much of the facilities. It kind of feels like there’s no captain but it has huge potential. Great location and beautiful grounds. Breakfast is definitely lacking. For 18$, the buffet should be much more elaborate than bacon sausage egg and fruit. The through wall air conditioners need to go and the front desk attendants need to either stop sitting down or hide somewhere. Don’t get me wrong, I would definitely go back because overall it’s a great spot, but if they want another star, there’s work to be done.
