Very modern, pseudo- industrial room decor with the amenities that might otherwise be lacking from such a property. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent views. Restaurant. Lots of restaurant and bar options nearby.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern design. Well located, in the heart of Saint Roch. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The prices are really good for the quality and location.

I was looking for a hotel in the early morning, since I was dumb enough to not book beforehand. I went to this hotel, as it was the first I saw. I was informed that they had no rooms, but the night concierge asked if she could hold me there and make a few calls. I had nothing to lose, so I said yes. She must've called five or so different hotels to ask about open rooms. Though it produced no results, I was very grateful for her going above and beyond to try to help. She could've just pointed me to the nearest hotel and been done with me. I wish I remembered her name, but, in any case, if I find myself going to Quebec City, I'll always be a guest at Hotel PUR, just for that bend-over-backwards customer service alone. I couldn't thank her enough then and I still can't thank her enough now. When I actually got a room the next afternoon, it was spotless, as though one could eat off the floors. Very spacious for a double bed room and I liked the ceiling to floor window. Let in a lot of light and didn't need to have a light on until the sun went entirely down.

Great location, great staff, great rooms with a view. Very modern and clean rooms that still have a cozy feeling. The only minor complaint is that the pool area feels a bit old but it is clean and nice.

Good location, great hotel. The staff can be more friendly as I asked for yoghurt for room service and the only reply was "Do you see in our menu? It is not there in the menu".
