The setup and lunch at the event was catered by the hotel and the service and food was top notch. The staff was polite and non intrusive, and the setup for the presentation was flawless. Would definitely recommend it to any organization to hold their event there.

A must visit for anyone whose in QC during the time this is open. Well worth the visit, Not sure if I'd stay overnight... That again depends on personal preference.... The artistry/craftsmanship is very impressive!! The ice bar is also a nice addition. You can enjoy a cocktail or two while you walk around.

Had an amazing experience here as a photographer. Staff were wonderful, food was delicious and the Ice Hotel wedding was truly magical. It was my first time here as a wedding photographer and the experience was very unique. The chapel felt unreal. Definitely recommend for a visit, stay or a special occasion

I just visit it and I didn’t spend the night there. It was nice to visit once but I think maybe the price is not fair for such a place. But anyway it is a great experience to see beautiful sculptures made of ice. Everything in the bar is also made of ice which is really amazing.

Must see place while visiting Quebec in the winter. The ice hotel is a must see. It showcases the talent of Quebec artisans that pain stakingly decorate this icy cold piece of art. The amount of work and details these artists achieve should be permanently displayed in a museum, it is unfortunate that all this work erased when warmer weather melts it all away in the spring. Quebec is truly a winter wonderland, and the ice hotel is well worth the price if admission. If your daring enough you can even book an overnight room! Definitely come back. If wife likes, it's good!
