Ned took some wonderful shots of my family and some friends on a cruise we took together recently. His creativity and photography are truly amazing. Thanks for capturing those beautiful moments.

Ned is a photographer genius! My wedding pictures were worth every penny and I would re book him in a heart beet. Still to this day I’m in awe with my wedding pictures!! They look like paintings!! Amazing work !!!

Worst Customer Service Ever! I never write negative reviews, I try to give people a chance, but this time I decided to document my experience. I have not had the chance to use your services, so I cannot attest to the quality of your work. You brag about having 15 years experience shooting weddings, being one of the best retouch artist with 25 years experience, about the expensive equipment you have, but you seems to lack a simple skill of customer interaction. I told you your prices are too much for me, you work might be worth 4 grand, but I simply do not have the means to offer my marriage such luxury. I do not need to hear about the family that you have to feed, the business that you have to run and neither how I am only going to get an unprofessional with worthless equipment. I do not need YOU to remind me that I do not have the money to offer my marriage what it is worthy of. When I learnt the price, I politely answered that your prices are too high for me, apologized for wasting your time and thanked you, but you decided that you know better than me about my situation, saying that you could offer something that we could both agree on. When I responded saying what I am capable of affording, your rude and arrogant response was completely uncalled for. A simple "Oh, I see. Best of luck in your endeavours" could have sufficed and I would not be here, writing this. But not Mr. Ned the Professional with expensive equipment and tons of experience. Not everyone has the means to afford a luxurious wedding and there is no reason to get angry when I myself tell you that my expectations are unrealistic. I asked for information, and information I got. What followed was your rude, arrogant and incompetent attempt at pushing your services down my throat. Maybe after such an extensive career with photography, you could take a few classes of proper business behaviour and customer relations. Hope that you do not talk to your real clients the way you talk to your potential ones. Best of luck in finding clients, hopefully your work is better than your customer service skills; after such an extensive career, it would be a shame to have to change professions.
