Amazing! The pool itself was worth every penny spent here. The rooms were perfect, and staff was great. Highly recommended

This hotel has a nice lobby and amenities. However the price is too high for the room quality. Beds are not comfortable. No variety in firmness in pillows. Wifi is slow. Low water pressure in shower. Bathroom door lock doesn't work. TV sound goes in and out. The hotel wants you to bring your own pool towels. No microwave.

Great hotel ! Everything is clean, the rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfy... couldn't ask for more! The pool is well-decorated and you can see it's been well taken care of.

Room size was good. But the furniture was a little worn down and the room could have used a better cleaning. The first room they put us in had a brocken bathroom door that couldn't be closed fully. We also paid for a room with a view of the st. Lawrence river, but both rooms they gave us didn't have that view (they were not high enough). 2.5 / 5 The staff were friendly and quickly changed our room when we told them the bathroom door was broken, even though it was 1 am. 5 / 5 The tropical garden, and pool looked very nice. The pool was a little small. 4/ 5 . In general the hotel needs renovation, and needs to make drinking water availanle in the room. 3 / 5 The price was a little high compared to other hotels in the area that have similar facilities ($165 / night for week nights) 2 / 5
