Good service, clean, good beds and sheets. Rooftop pool was fine but personally a better effort could have been made to make it more pleasant. A little bit stale and tired. Small gripe though. Recommend

AVOID!! We paid for a room with two Queen beds, which turned out to be two doubles. We don't know French but realized that earlier at check-in the receptionist had checked with the manager, and then lied to us saying we got switched to a "better" room. So we go back to reception and they basically say "we don't have any queen's left". Not even a sorry. Only after yelling at them they bring out the manager, who said we can complain to the regional manager via a phone number. That's all, very rude and no apology. So only after swearing loudly around other people in line did they look for another room for us. Absolute scam of a hotel, avoid this location!! Btw, their "coffee" "machine" does not work

Wonderful hotel. The pool was a little smaller than I expected but everything was good. Super comfy beds. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that there were no curtains to cover up the huge window in our room. Just a white mesh lace curtain. You can see in the photo of the bedroom that there is another curtain on the outside but that doesnt open up to get bigger, just there for decoration. So in the morning the sunlight came through too brightly which was hard for us to sleep in. Other than that the rooms were clean cozy and the staff were friendly.

Nice and clean. 5 Mon walking distance to old Quebec. Didn't have a small fridge in the room. The rooftop pool and bar is awesome but they closed it at 7pm Sunday 😢.

Small, cramped up space for the money. No breakfast. Good pool. Common microwave. The valet staff was extremely helpful. They went out if their way to fill air to our car's flat and guide us with where the garage was. Beautiful city, the architecture and the scenic river side
