Rooms are great. Big, full with amenities to the last detail. Robes,tv in the bathroom, mirrors everywhere. Service was really good and their bar/restaurants are very good.

Wonderful. Everything is wonderful. I lived this place with my bf for 3 days this new year. They have free water bottles, and able to deliver to your room. Having a small restaurant on 1st floor. They can call a taxi for you, and it always come within 1~2 min, even its -30C cold. There's a mirror in our room, which makes it looks larger. For bathing, they have bath bar, hand bar, hand & body wash, shampoo, conditioner, all propose creme, a variety of choices. And also a bath tub with water massage! The service & worker's attitude is very gentle and polite, they also have people to open door for you when you need to go in or out the hotel. Again, amazing and wonderful~

My only complaint was the construction site close by. Otherwise, Very enjoyable stay, friendly staff, and clean comfortable rooms. Me and my wife decided to honeymoon in Montreal, the man named Denis was very helpful and welcoming! Booked restaurants for us, and gave us a small verbal tour about the best places to visit. The location is great! Middle of the downtown, next to all shopping areas and all famous shops are within short walking distance. Prices are more than fair for the beautiful king room with a jacuzzi!

Everything was amazing from first checking in to our last day and checking out. Very friendly staff and fluent in both French and English. Every staff member we encountered was very curtious and helpful. The room was amazing and the bathroom was even better! Only reason this isn't 5 stars is because of the construction of a new hotel across the street. Not a big deal on the weekend as no work occurs, but during the week it will be a bit noisy. Not a deal breaker though and still had an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future!
