bigger room. clean. it looks plain from outside but nice inside. the view is nice. i got a room facong the river. other sides all face to nice view sine the city has not many high buildings. i would give it 5 star if the parking is better. my normal mini van cannot park in the underground parking. i have to park to an outside parking lot about 300m from the hotel. the location is also not bad. it is about 5 min walk to the gate of the old Quebec. and it is not in the most noisy part. that's what I like. many restaurants downstairs on the Street.

open, spacious, modern hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Good location. Very expensive restaurant. With Hilton Honors, got a nice room on a high floor overlooking the old city. Fantastic view. Parking was a challenge, the entrance is off a street behind the hotel and it's not obvious right away that the parking garage is indeed for the hotel, very limited signage to lead the way. Park close too the elevator, it takes you up to the hotel. Check in with the hotel staff to have the parking added to the hotel bill at a small discount and find out about in and out privileges, it's not an obvious proces

Great location! Everything is within walking distance. Parking is expensive. It's $25 a day and in a different building (but close by). Washrooms are really lacking however...the shower curtain smells of Mildrew and there are a lot of cracks in the caulking. A/C Is nice and cold on a hot day but very loud. Elevators are a little slow and busy. All and all would definitely recommend for the convenience!

Beware to all truck owners. This hotel can NOT fit a full size pick up truck. They will send you to another lot a few blocks down in which at first you will not get a pass card. Then you will need to deal with a hassle from the guy down the street at the lot. He will tell you that you will not be able to park there even though you have already paid to park there and at this point you will need to walk back a couple blocks to the hotel to speak with the hotel manager to find out what's going on. She then gives us this parking pass so we can park in this lot that we have already paid for. When we finally go to our truck we can't get out of the lot now because the parking pass doesn't work. So guess what we have to do again ?! We have to walk all the way back to the hotel for them to tell us to walk all the way back and press the help button on the intercom...thats great but the person doesn't speak English! So we walk back again When I spoke with this young female hotel manager she seemed to be annoyed that she has to deal with us. She gave us nothing but attitude while taking to her, her body language said it all! People. If you don't speak French they want nothing to do with you nor will they try to help you. Pay the extra money and stay at Hotel Frontenac! Way better service SR

Nice hotel in a great location, right next to all the restaurants, a few min walk to parliament building and the old walled section of the city. The revolving restaurant on the top gives a great view of the city. Get a room 15th floor and above for a nice view and ask to face old town.
