I have stayed here fir 2 weeks. Its one of the best hotel located very near to downtown.. And the services also very good.. I would like to thank the lady who used to clean my room everyday.. I always used to keep a note on the table if i require additional water bottle, milk, sugar or anything and she keeps all the time... Overall nice experience but should have rest place if you return flight at night.. Check out is in the noon...

As you expect from any old school Sheraton. Front desk staff are always polite and rooms are always clean. Location, is central to everything I need and I always stay here. The lounge has a great spread each morning and the view is nice. Only issue for me is the dated small televisions, upgrade these and you are good to go! Thanks for your continued hospitality!

Great convenient location, central to many of the attractions on St Catharines Street. A metro station is not within a very quick walk, but is around five minutes away. Location would be excellent for seeing events at the Bell Centre. Rooms are a bit dated, and walls are thin. Could easily hear neighbours next door.

Enjoyed my 3 day stay for a conference. Located in a vibrant part of town, I liked the nearby restaurants. Service with a smile and clean facilities everywhere. Attended a function in the Presidential Suite and the view was pretty close to 360°. One knock was the charge for luggage check. Not a huge amount but a little nickel and diming given the room rates. I'd probably have given the same amount as a tip but would have felt less annoyed about it.

Arrived by taxi and was greeted immediately by a concierge who helped me find registration. The front desk staff were very courteous and efficient. I got an unexpected upgrade to a better room with free breakfast. I'm now enjoying this fantastic breakfast with an amazing view of downtown Montreal from my table window. Definitely a 5 star visit so far!
