I never give out ratings this good, however, the customer service at this place is amazing. You will get the best possible experience with the staff. The rooms are average but well equipped for the price range. The food served at the pub is excellent. It is not dinner but we made it dinner because we just kept ordering. Every plate was amazing. Overall, if you are staying or thinking about the area and need a place , get it here. Oh and there's a portrait of two turkeys in the dinning room, it's just awesome. Also a bear in the lobby.

This was such a gem that we found based on random Google search. We just needed a room in Rangeley on Memorial Day weekend and it was in our price range. We went with low expectations and were SO pleased with the experience. The main building had beautiful historical artifacts, the staff was SO helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was basic but delicious. We had a room that over looked the pond. It was a charming spot to read with coffee. Also the Inn is very conveniently located on Main St so you can walk to the nearby stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back

I only had drinks and ate from their limited bar menu. The food was still good. I was impressed that a bartender from a competing bar came here for a few drinks on his day off. The staff and other patrons were friendly. The physical building was gorgeous with many signs of fine craftsmanship.

New foundations and renovated rooms have reduced the squeaks without reducing the charm. The pub food is fantastic as well. Highly recommended.

Renovated decor for this quaint inn that goes hand in hand with the past history and atmosphere of Rangeley that is still present today combined with a wonderful vacation spot for fishing and boating
