Old rooms need to be refreshed. Fire alarm kept going off during breakfast and nobody cared as if it was normal. Restaurant towel was a rag teared up from a tablecloth. Overall bad experience, will avoid Le Chantecler in the future.

Amazing hotel. Cozy, charm and excellent to spend a weekend with the family. People said the hotel looks old, I actually look the vintage style. Heated pool was super warm. Nice and completely breakfast. And if you like to ski like we do, you're just five minutes away from the hills, and if you purchase the ski tickets at the hotel, they cost 10 dollars instead of 60.

Great Canada day long weekend spent their very friendly staff

In my particular situation, I think a 3.5* would be more appropriate. We were a group of ~100 and a considerable size of rooms had defective AC. The receptionist would let us change room if we complained, but it was an asstle. The rest of the Hotel was very good and we spent a very nice time there

Charming hotel in a picturesque setting, good pool and restaurant. Rooms well appointed if a little dated in a charming way. The worst reception I have ever thought possible. I could have done a better job. She didn't know anything about any activities in or near the hotel. Things that the website mentions like skating, cross country skiing, snowshoeing she just replies I don't know I don't know so we didn't end up doing anything. She had to ask the maintenance guy about some stuff. No help whatsoever to the point we ain't going back.
