Me and my husband decided to go on a relaxing vacation to lake Placid in New York for two days 1 night and we decided to stay at High Peaks Resort. This resort is located right on Mirror lake and next to many different restaurants and shopping stores. It includes 3 different hotels (The main resort, the waterfront collection and the lake house). This resort has a spa, gym and 4 pools (The main resort has 1 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, the waterfront collection has an outdoor pool, just few steps away from the lake and the lake house has an indoor pool). Our room was so spacious and clean, had a view of both the lake and the pool and a small balcony as well. The best part of this resort is that you don’t need to rent any kayaks, pedal boats, canoes or paddle boards because they all comes for free with the hotel and you can use them all day long and as much as you want. In addition, the resort offers champagne while waiting for your check-in, coffee and tea in the morning, water lemon and delicious cookies in the afternoon. Unfortunately, Only Breakfast wasn’t included in the package. Highly recommended!!!

Took my daughter and mother here. One of THE most wonderful vacations I have had. Awesome staff and wonderful service. GORGEOUS area, rooms are so nice (Try to book a room at the Waterfront Collection - SO worth the extra $20) The only negative was that all is so gorgeous but the pool rooms could use some work. The outdoor pool though is beautiful and it's right on the lake. A walk away from great restaurants, all of which served delicious food and great drinks. This is going to be one of my regular go to places from here on in. HIGHLY highly recommend High Peeks Resort.

The Water Front Collection is AMAZING! Walk out your back door to beautiful Mirror Lake, & full access to complentary water sports equipment. (SUP boards, paddle boats, kayaks, swimming area in lake and a in ground pool.) All equipment is in perfect working condition. (No junk.) Kid, & pet friendly, so everyone is welcome @ this lake front paradise. The rooms are very nice, clean & the bed is very comfortable.

Really nice hotel with lots of different options to stay. 3 different pools, waterfront area for swimming and boating. Yummy onsite restaurant. Convenient parking. Great location to walk to anything in town. Staff were really friendly and very accommodating. We are already planning our return visit!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Wish it could have been longer. The room was fantastic. We enjoyed talking out the watercraft options on the lake. Pleasant area to explore and walk around town. Got a great rate on a room with a view right on the lake. 100% would book again.
