I had nothing but problems right from the beginning. I found my dress on my first visit and paid 50%. They called me about a month later asking me to pay the remaining 50%, I gave my credit card information over the phone and email address. She advised me she would pass the payment call me back and send me my receipt by email. An hour after with no call back I decidedly to check my emails there was nothing so I called. There was no answer so I left a message saying I did not receive a call back and gave my email info again. The next day I still did not receive a call so I called back got an answering machine and left a message saying the situation again and that I would like a receipt and a call back. I checked my credit card online and saw that the payment had passed the previous day. I waited a week and checked my emails daily still nothing. So I called back again got an answering machine and started from the beginning and mentioned that I had called twice now and still no one has called me back after a week. About another 4 days went by and I told my maid of honor what was happening and she took charge and called ten times in a row until someone answered and requested my receipt which I received shortly after and a call that went to my voicemail, when I listened to the message there was no apology and a sour tones saying they sent it the receipt the first day but made no mention as to why they did not return my calls. I decided not to let it ruin the spirit of the wedding. They were supposed to call me when they were ready to start my fitting. Surprise they never called so I called to make sure I had a date myself. My first appointment went ok they were not very excited it felt like a depressing place to be and she took some measurements and I explained what I wanted. I set up the next appointment before I left. My second appointment nothing had been done and she didn't take all the measurements I needed to be done. I thought that would have been done the first time??? They showed me some hair pins and jewelry and told me if I wanted to borrow some for my hair appointment with my hair dresser that I could. I was so pleased because I had not yet decided what I wanted to do with my hair. She said she would sent me a link by email so that I could chose what I wanted to borrow. This was 3 weeks before my hair appointment. I week before my hair appointment I called and left a message that I still had not received the email. 2 days before my hair appointment same thing left a message. Nothing. So I went to Arden and bought about 15 pieces for the price of about one or theirs. The service at Arden was better. Which is sad because they are in the wedding business. My next appointment they never mentioned the calls never apologized for not getting back to me. I had asked to add staps to my dress and ever appointment they were never done. I was freaking out. I only got my dress two days before the wedding. It was not tailored well and you can see a clear gap and you could see all the way down the front of my dress. It was extremely disappointing. I look at my wedding photos and all I see are all the flaws of how the dress was tailored. I wanted to take it to another tailor before the wedding but with only two days before the wedding and it was out of town i had no tolime to render their mistake. My calls were never returned, emails were never sent. It was a grim environment, they did bad work, and my appointments were filled with complaints of how difficult it was to tailor the dress I had chosen. I still had an amazing wedding. But this was the only thing holding it back from perfect.
