See the results of the modern reconciliation process and self government. Guided tours invite visitors into a conversation about how we can recognize the hurts of the past (as well as present issues such as missing and murdered indigenous women and girls) and move forward together. Inspiring! It is great to see indigenous youth leading the way!

A really beautiful building. awesome place for conventions and meetings. The main hall is massive. Lots of historical memorabilia and art work inside to walk around, read and view. Absolutely Worth a visit, for sure. Also check out the library right beside it also a great place to learn more about yukon history.

We took a free tour under official Canadian Youth Council Member Ashley Cummings. She was so lovely and is deeply connected to the indigenous people of Canada. She explained to us about how they survived. Sustainable fur trapping. And the importance of the first nations and idgenious tribes becoming self governing, its importance as well as the gloomy indian act. Thanks Kwanlin Dun for your important work in the yukon, your continued effort and Ashley for her amazing contributions. We will follow you on the youth council :)
