The short film we watched first, with footage taken in the 30's, was informative. The guided tour guide made the visit even more interesting. I loved peering around the board in the aft ...to see the huge sternwheel!

Fascinating. Only wish the Klondike was still running on the Yukon river. Even so, it gives you a feel for the time when steam boats like this were the lifeline of Yukon commerce. The Canadian National Film Board has some worthwhile historical footage of those days that can be viewed nearby.

Interesting visit on the boat with great movie. It is better to watched it first. The top level is being refurbished (July 2018).

It's free! They were very detail oriented in setting it up the way it would have looked back in the early 1900's. There was also a short film to watch. Interesting.

Great vintage paddle wheeler to see from the Klondike area. To bad portions were closed to visitor's. Still a great visit though
