Awesome and peaceful spot. So much wildlife to appreciate, and the barbecues at picnic tables are awesome. We watched ducklings follow their moms and even saw a beaver casually chewing on some plants. So cool and beautiful.

Hawrelak park is simply beautiful in the winter. Huge skating pond, with skate rentals and sharpening. We came down for the Silver Skate festival which was amazingly done, with beautiful sculptures (photos posted) and a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Good inside and out too well located but needs more improvment to consider one of the better places to visitors.
