Don't be intimated by the guns in the back - staff here are nice and very approachable. I've been in retail before and it amazes me how many sales rep here are paying attention. I probably have greeted five times for the 40 minutes we were there ...I mention this because in a store this big - oftentimes sales rep attention becomes a nuisance ... But not here. Great service and highly recommend. 4 star as we didn't find what we were looking for.

Typical big box experience. Bought a two person kayak. It was missing the rudder. Drove all the way back and the “manager” said they can’t find it. They barely looked. When I first called to tell them I was coming so they could maybe go look for it while I was driving, I got a call back inside of two minutes saying they didn’t have it. No one willing to just spend 10-15 minutes really looking. The best is that there were 10 boxes right up front with the same rudder inside. Different kayak but same brand and same rudder. Open the box, give me a rudder, make your customer happy and when you find the other one put it that box. Problem solved and you would have had a happy customer. Instead you have this review. Girls at customer service were nice. Not their fault cause they aren’t alllowed to do anything. My last time shopping at that store.

My first time at Cabela's was a very good one and even though I do not have much time for most pursuits I will be returning here for outdoor recreational purposes. The layout of the store is intuitive and easy to navigate. Different sections of the store are clearly defined which makes finding the category of items you are looking for a quick process. The stores open concept also aids in this. Pricing appears to be in line with industry standards with deals to be found throughout the store on a regular basis. The staff were courteous and eager to help however finding them can be a bit troublesome at times. The only other real detractor to the store was parking as it can be difficult to access at times and shares a parking lot in a busy mall plaza which can be an impediment to finding parking at times. In all I look forward to my next opportunity to visit the store.

Top notch service at this location we bought all of our camping gear here on a customer appreciation sale where all the Cabelas gear was 15% off. It was fantastic, the staff are helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you. We were unsure if a cooler (Yeti) would fit properly in our car and the sales associate carried it to our car and let us see if it was the right size. The stock was satisfactory. The store was very clean and the bathrooms were very clean too. The whole place smells like the fudge that they sell there and it is very appetizing

Nice store, they have a large selection of meat processing equipment. Good fishing and hunting selection as well. Not the best prices if not on sale a bit of effort & you're likely to find the same brand name products cheaper elsewhere. Service from staff (other than the fudge bar) is second to none. I've never had the help or even offers of help Cabelas staff offer at Bass Pro in Cross Iron. Fudge bar at Bass Pro does have better service :) 4 stars because they can't stop trying to help you find it.
